There is a possibility to buy a gift voucher to stay at our Penzion Havelka-Železná Ruda. You can choose vouchers of your choice at any nominal value. It is an ideal gift for everyone. We can send you a voucher by mail (post) to your address after paying the nominal value of the voucher.

Price list

Price per person / per day - staying for more then 2 nights.

Additional 10 € per person / per night when only staying one night

Local taxes are 1 € per person / per day.

In order to maintain cleanliness in the guest house, the guests are moved to the home shoes in the penzion's vestibule - slippers with them.

 

The check-in time is 12.00 - 18.00 on the day of arrival (in another term after a phone call)

 

The check-out is until 10.00 am on the day of termination

• Children under the age of 3,99 can stay free of charge, unless they require their own bed and bedding (free baby cot upon agrément)
• Children under the age of 10,99 receive a 2 € discount off the price per person / per night
• Extra bed: discount 3 € of the price per person / per night

• Stays longer than 6 nights after agreement possible 15% discount

Cancellation fees

Cancellation of the guest's stay must be made in written form, unless otherwise agreed by the operator, either by e-mail or by post) - cancellation fee.

• 7 days and more before the stay 10% of the contract price
• 2-7 days before the stay 50% of the contract price
• 2 days and less before the stay 90% of the contract price

In case of interruption or premature termination of stay by the guest, the prize or any part of it willwit not be refunded.

 

Upon cancellation of stay by the guest, the remainder of the deposit will be returned to the guest within 10 working days.

 

Upon cancellation of stay by the operator (force majeure, malfunctions, serious deficiencies, etc.), all the charges paid by the guest will be refunded to the guest within 5 working days and will be offered a 30% discount for the next possible stay.
